About our products
Every ThreadPLUG item is a secondhand garment. That’s the point. Each piece is handpicked, inspected, graded on condition, cleaned, and photographed before it goes live. We describe every item honestly so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Because of the nature of thrifting, most items are unique — when they sell, they’re gone. Restocks happen often, but not on a fixed schedule.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Ordering
- All orders are final once placed. We don’t accept cancellations.
- You’ll receive an email confirming your order immediately, and another when it ships.
- We reserve the right to refuse or refund any order if we suspect fraud, stock error, or abuse.
Payment
We accept bank transfer and card payments (Mastercard, Visa) via Paystack. Your payment information never touches our servers.

Returns & exchanges
Because items are secondhand and one-off, we cannot accept returns for size preference or change of mind. We do accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. See our full Returns policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photos, product descriptions, logo, brand name — belongs to ThreadPLUG. Please don’t use our content without asking.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the value of the item you purchased.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one shown on this page at the time of your purchase.
