As often as possible. We’re constantly collecting new pieces, and as soon as they’ve gone through our inspection and grading process, they go up as new arrivals. Check back frequently — you never know what you’ll find.

Because of the nature of thrifting, most items are one-off. If it’s gone, it’s gone. But we restock often, so you’re bound to find something similar. Our advice: act quickly. The earlier you buy, the better — the good stuff moves fast.

Every item is graded on condition: Excellent (little to no wear), Great (some discreet wear), Good (visible wear), or New/Unused (never worn). The condition is described in every listing, and it factors into the price.

Secondhand sizing can vary because of age, style, and country of origin. The safest way is to compare measurements to something you already own. We measure each garment flat in centimetres:

• Tops: pit-to-pit × neck-to-base
• Pants: waistband all the way around to base

If an item runs bigger or longer than you’d like, we recommend adjusting it to your fit.

Hand wash with bar soap or soft detergent, especially for delicate materials like silk and wool. If using a machine, cold water, lowest cycle, soft detergent. Leather and suede should only be dry cleaned. Some items are pre-cleaned before sale, but we always recommend washing before wearing.
